Project Description

Acquisition of land for modern ecommerce logistics center next to route 6 highway in southern Israel

Western Wall Street located asset and arranged equity investor alonngside bank finance in partnership with local management team specializing in this asset type. Investor IRR expected at 22% p/a on 80/20 profit share.
